Vins de Pays d'Oc Syrah Age of vines: 25 years Soil : clay and limestone. Yields: 45 hL per hectare. Winemaking: Mechanical harvester, traditional methods, pressing, vinification temperature between 24-28°, micro-oxygenation. Tasting: Sight: nice purple colour typical of the syrah. Nose: bouquet with all the nuances of ripe grapes: spices, liquorice, scrub. Taste: The palate is rich and well-structured with scrub aromas. Packaging: "tradition" bottle, cork, PVC cap, 6 bottles per cardboard box.
