Age of vines: 15 years
Soil : clay and limestone.
Yields: 60 hL per hectare.
Winemaking: Mechanical harvest.
Pneumatic press.
Traditional white fermentation in steel vats during 4 weeks at 15 °C.
Tasting: Sight: clear, brilliant. Yellow colour with light green hue.
Nose: floral and fruity.
Taste: well balanced between alcohol an acidity.
Packaging: "tradition" bottle, synthetic cork, PVC cap 6 bottles per cardboard box.
