Varietals:	65% de Cinsault, 35% de Grenache
Age of vines:	25 years
Soil :	clay and limestone.
Yields:	50 hL per hectare.
Winemaking:	Mechanical harvest. Pneumatic press. Traditional white fermentation in steel vats during 4 weeks at 15°C.
Tasting:	Sight: rosé colour with blue hue. Nose: aromas of apples, peaches and flowers. Taste: fresh and fruity (green apple and flowers).
Packaging:	"tradition" bottle, synthetic cork, PVC cap 12 bottles per cardboard box.
