Cuvée Héloïse

Varietals:	40 % Carignan, 20% Syrah, 20% of Merlot and 20% of Grenache.
Age of vines:	25 years.
Soil :	clay and limestone.
Yields:	45 hL per hectare.
Winemaking:	Mechanical harvester, carbonic maceration for the carignan and traditional winemaking method for the other varitals, temperature of fermentation between 24-28° and micro-oxygenation.
Tasting:	Sight: red deep colour with grenat hue. Nose: aromas of red fruit (stawberries) and spice. Taste:
Packaging:	"tradition" bottle, cork, PVC cap 12 bottles per cardboard box.
