Soil : clay and limestone.
Yields: 50 hL per hectare.
Winemaking: Mechanical harvesting, traditional winemaking methods.
Temperature between 24-28°, micro-oxygenation.
Tasting: Sight: deep ruby red color.
Nose: bouquet of black fruit (black cherry - blackberry-plum).
Taste: a structured and spicy attack on the palate with a beautiful expression of flavours. Peppery finish with a nice length.
Packaging: "tradition" bottle, cork, PVC cap, 12 bottles per cardboard box.
